Refurbishment of a Victorian building to create modern and open plan offices with an ‘industrial’ aesthetic. Air conditioning units and ducting were left exposed and a feature wall was created by exposing structural timbers which were cleaned and polished.

The properties location, opposite a busy tube station made logistics a challenge. However, by working closely with neighbouring businesses disruption was kept to a minimum.
