Trinity was established in 1992 and is owned and managed by its Directors, who are supported by a team of professionally qualified Surveyors and their assistants.
We have 2 divisions, a Contracts Team based in Blackmore, Essex and our Special Works Team based in Gravesend.
Our Contracts Team undertake internal and external fit outs, conversions and refurbishments in the commercial, industrial, residential, health, education and retail sectors working in the value range of £25 000 to £3 million. We have particular expertise in internal and external refurbishments and have worked in many historic buildings in central London often alongside English Heritage, and also in warehouse refurbishments and fit outs in various locations in South East and Southern England.
Our Special Works Team specialise in bathroom, kitchen and home adaptations for older people and those with disabilities working for local authorities, housing associations, charitable trusts and private individuals. For more information www.trinityliving.co.uk
