About Us

Providing outstanding service and excellent value

The Company

Trinity was established in 1992 by our Chairman Colin Brunt and is owned by its Senior Management team of professionally qualified Surveyors and Chartered Builders. The Company prides itself on the commitment and professionalism of its Managers, Surveyors, Site Agents and Skilled Operatives.

Trinity has become a proven specialist in the delivery of high quality fit outs and refurbishments in the educational, commercial, residential and health sectors and undertakes projects in the value range of £25,000 to £2 million. We have a particular skill in managing projects in central London where logistics can pose unique challenges. The team is lead by our Directors, supported by a team of qualified Surveyors and their assistants.

In addition to our Construction business we also have a highly successful division called Trinity Independent Living. This team of Surveyors and multi-skilled operatives undertake bathroom, kitchen and other disability adaptations for older people and people with disabilities on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, charitable trusts and private individuals.

Training and development are given high priority and we are proud of our staff’s professional achievements and our Investors in People accreditation’s.

Corporate Social Responsibility

At Trinity, we believe it is our responsibility to carry out ethical and successful business by using local resources, generating profitable growth and making a positive impact for our clients, their professional advisors, tenants and the local community.

We are proud of our employees who work within the community, in people’s homes and workplaces, delivering a life-changing product.
We take extra care when in contact with vulnerable people and are sensitive to their needs and fears. Our employees “go the extra mile” to accommodate and satisfy them. The numerous letters and commendations we receive are testament to the excellent social and
technical skills of our team.

For many years we have engaged students on work placements and short term programmes providing them an opportunity to gain experience and develop skills that will equip them for their chosen careers and professions. Our Step students have won awards locally and regionally for the work they have undertaken with us.

We are proactive environmentally and realise we have much to do to meet the targets needed for a fully sustainable community. We have achieved some success with recycling initiatives – for example we attempt to salvage all sanitaryware removed from homes for re-use in cooperation with a business that refurbishes and re-uses the product. Not only does this reduce landfill and costs but provides low cost basins, toilets and baths to communities where such items are western luxuries normally beyond their reach.

We work with local charities in our community and regularly raise funds with staff events and company donations. Our small cycle team recently completed a charity bike ride raising money for their chosen charity. We own holiday log cabins in Finnish Lapland, and last year began to offer free Christmas holidays for charity auctions and raffle prizes raising funds for many community support groups and local children’s’ hospices. This year we plan to take families from our local children’s hospice to Lapland, for respite and a chance for the kids to meet the real Santa.

Our Vision

Trinity understands our activities have an impact on the environment and are conscious we must do everything we can to minimize any negative impact. The importance of acting in an environmentally sensitive way is both a responsibility and a logical and practical strategy which will help us attract and maintain clients who share this vision..

Trinity Construction Ltd – We endeavour to ensure our suppliers and subcontractors share our environmental commitments and are suitably equipped to work with us to achieve these objectives. We assess our partners through our own approval process and encourage them to” get on board” with our initiatives.

Trinity Construction Ltd – We regularly review the products we purchase and use to find more environmentally sustainable alternatives. Our timber and plywoods are sourced from FSC approved providers. We seek to use non-oil based products with the lowest levels of VOC’s. We inform and advise our clients on innovative products and technologies helping them to reduce their carbon footprint.

We have a commitment to reduce waste on all our sites and segregate waste for re-use or recycling wherever possible. Our aim is to reduce the amount of construction waste sent to landfill sites.
