Providing outstanding service and excellent value
Corporate Social Responsibility
At Trinity, we believe it is our responsibility to carry out ethical and successful business by using local resources, generating profitable growth and making a positive impact for our clients, their professional advisors, tenants and the local community.
We are proud of our employees who work within the community, in people’s homes and workplaces, delivering a life-changing product.
We take extra care when in contact with vulnerable people and are sensitive to their needs and fears. Our employees “go the extra mile” to accommodate and satisfy them. The numerous letters and commendations we receive are testament to the excellent social and
technical skills of our team.
For many years we have engaged students on work placements and short term programmes providing them an opportunity to gain experience and develop skills that will equip them for their chosen careers and professions. Our Step students have won awards locally and regionally for the work they have undertaken with us.
We are proactive environmentally and realise we have much to do to meet the targets needed for a fully sustainable community. We have achieved some success with recycling initiatives – for example we attempt to salvage all sanitaryware removed from homes for re-use in cooperation with a business that refurbishes and re-uses the product. Not only does this reduce landfill and costs but provides low cost basins, toilets and baths to communities where such items are western luxuries normally beyond their reach.
We work with local charities in our community and regularly raise funds with staff events and company donations. Our small cycle team recently completed a charity bike ride raising money for their chosen charity. We own holiday log cabins in Finnish Lapland, and last year began to offer free Christmas holidays for charity auctions and raffle prizes raising funds for many community support groups and local children’s’ hospices. This year we plan to take families from our local children’s hospice to Lapland, for respite and a chance for the kids to meet the real Santa.
