Trinity was established in 1992 by our Chairman Colin Brunt and is owned by its Senior Management team of professionally qualified Surveyors and Chartered Builders. The Company prides itself on the commitment and professionalism of its Managers, Surveyors, Site Agents and Skilled Operatives.
Trinity has become a proven specialist in the delivery of high quality fit outs and refurbishments in the educational, commercial, residential and health sectors and undertakes projects in the value range of £25,000 to £2 million. We have a particular skill in managing projects in central London where logistics can pose unique challenges. The team is lead by our Managing Director Chris Bartlett, supported by Operations Director Steve Collinge and a team of qualified Surveyors and their assistants.
In addition to our Construction business we also have a highly successful division called Trinity Independent Living. This team of Surveyors and multi-skilled operatives undertake bathroom, kitchen and other disability adaptations for older people and people with disablilities on behalf of local authorities, housing associations, charitable trusts and private individuals.

Trinity works with clients to ensure best environmental practice. Our Managing Director is a qualified RICS Ska Assessor and is able to carry out Ska rated assessments. Sustainability, waste management and energy efficiency are integrated into all areas of our business.
