These Grade 1 listed buildings needed extensive remedial works to windows and doors, overhauling of roofs, stucco and brick repairs and complete redecorations.
Trinity successfully secured this contract after the initial contractor went into Administration.
All the properties were occupied during the works and care had to be taken to minimise any inconvenience to residents. Trinity utilised a Tenant Liaison Officer to be the key contact point between the Residents and site team to ensure the works progressed smoothly.
The buildings were fully restored with minimal disruption to the Residents. The client was very pleased with the result and we are now in discussions to secure further phases of these works.
