Brief:
11 Sloane Terrace Mansions is a 6th floor flat in fashionable Sloane Square which was damaged by fire some time ago. The flat's 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living areas kitchen and utility room, were in a very poor state and Trinity secured the contract for the complete redesign and refurbishment of the flat. This had to be undertaken to the high standards expected in this prime location
Key Issues:
Restricted access – the flat was on a busy corner and close to a school. To overcome the problem a gantry and personnel access scaffold tower was designed up to a window, with an electric hoist to transfer waste and materials. This worked very well.

Complete strip out Removal and renewal of all plaster and cornices New oak doors and flooring New underfloor heating and hot water system Lighting and electrical works including state of the art communications and satellite TV systems.
Outcome:
Trinity worked closely with the project management team to ensure the design was of a very high standard. We were complimented by both the project managers and client on the quality of our workmanship.
