Brief:

The conversion of this period property into two modern apartments, retaining and integrating existing period features.

Key Issues:

The project consisted of the complete internal strip out of the property. Care had to be taken to avoid damage to any of the original features, including cornices and decorative features.

We were instructed to work under controlled working hours to reduce the level of noise within the residential block.

Access to the site was via an internal fire escape, as the flat was located on the 4th floor.

Outcome:

The 2 flats have a contemporary design with high quality, modern kitchens and bathrooms and with en-suite shower rooms in the master bedrooms.
