Project: Year 2 External & Internal Repairs & Redecoration

Location: Trinity Church Square, SE1 Various properties

Client: Corporation of Trinity House

Contract Period: 19 weeks

Value: £296,000

Brief
These Grade 1 listed buildings needed extensive remedial works to windows & doors, overhauling of roofs, stucco & brick repairs and complete redecorations.

Key Issues
Trinity secured this contract after the initial contractor went into Administration. Starting the works was a slow process as the client Had to identify the extent of the work completed by the original contractor.

All the properties were occupied during the works and care has to be taken to minimise any inconvenience to residents. Trinity utilised a Tenant Liaison Officer to be the key contact point between the Resident and site team and ensure the works progressed smoothly.

Outcome
The buildings were beautifully restored with minimal disruption to the Residents. The client was so pleased with the result that we are now in discussions to secure the next phase of works.
