Brief
To strip out and refurbish the first floor suite of Brighton House
to provide a modern, bright and spacious office environment.
Key Issues
The property was located in the centre of Brixton and was
occupied on all floors apart from the first. Trinity worked
closely with the remaining occupants to minimise noise,
dust and disruption especially during the initial strip out
and sand blasting of the brickwork.
A lowered MF ceiling was fitted to hide the new mechanical
and electrical services and to complete the works a reclaimed
pitch pine timber floor was installed.
Outcome
As the photos show this office fit out utilised the existing period features and provided the client with highly desirable office space.
