Contracts Division

Trinity’s Contracts Division undertakes larger new build and refurbishment projects ranging in value from £20k to circa £1million. We operate in London and throughout the South East of England.

Our client base includes large and prestigious Property Management companies, public bodies and private landlords. We play a key role as main contractor in the design team for large commercial, retail and residential clients or work directly with smaller investors and homeowners. Our qualified project managers control a team of site managers, skilled operatives and approved and qualified sub-contractors.

Property Management Companies

We work regularly with large and reputable management companies in central and west London – often on well-known properties or in high profile locations. We are highly experienced in the special demands and requirements of such companies - and our tradesmen and sub-contractors are chosen for their specialist skills.

Schools and Universities

We have completed numerous school projects for Essex County Council and work directly with schools in the county. Other clients include City Literary Institute and Universities such as Middlesex and Hertford. We pay particular attention to health and safety needs when working in such environments – and recognise the importance of meeting tight time deadlines as an essential ingredient to the success of such projects.

Retail and Leisure

Our Project Managers are fully conversant with the specialist skills required undertaking projects in pubs, restaurants and shops. We strive to minimise our impact on the running of the business working closely with the outlet and regional managers. We have worked with many famous high street names.

Structural Repairs and Major Fire and Flood

We work with loss adjusters and engineers specialising in structural and crack repairs, fire and flood damage. We have vast experience carrying out this work in occupied homes, working on behalf of insurance companies.

Residential and Commercial

We work in close partnership with architects and interior designers to complete projects to the highest standards and meet the expectations of our clients, be they private homeowners or large commercial property investors.
