Since its formation in 1992, Trinity Construction Services Ltd has grown into one of the South East region’s leading specialist building companies.
Managed by an established team of qualified professionals, Trinity is skilled in the management of both large and small building projects through its Contracts and Special Works divisions. We work in close partnership with our clients and with their professional advisers, successfully co-operating with both to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. We partner successfully with Architects, Surveyors, Local Authorities, Property Management Companies, Loss Adjusters, Occupational Therapists and many other professionals.
Colin Brunt (MCIOB MRICS) is the Chairman of this Chartered Building Company.
Contracts Division
works closely with leading Property Management companies in London and the South East, refurbishing or extending larger properties and buildings. It also manages large and small projects for Local Authorities, for School, University and College Boards and for private clients.
Chris Bartlett (BSc Hons. MRICS),Managing Director, manages a team of experienced surveyors and project managers to meet the needs of this important and extensive client base.
Special Works Division
delivers smaller, specialised building projects. Directly employed teams of tradesmen install wetrooms with graded floors, bathrooms and kitchens for elderly, infirm and special needs clients . The teams are highly skilled in disability adaptations,stair lifts, ramps and rails. Our clients include Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Schools and Colleges, Sports Clubs and private clients who simply wish to enhance their lifestyle.
Vic Agombar, Director - Special Works, manages a team of experienced project managers and tradesmen to provide a very sensitive service and high levels of satisfaction.
Training and Development is given high priority, and we are proud of our ‘Investors In People’ and Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) accreditations. We are fully committed to meeting the changing requirements of Health and Safety and Environmental legislation.
