Trinity recently completed an unusual project in the heart of tourist London, replacing a huge lantern skylight in the prestigious Sanctuary spa on Floral Street. The project was notable not only for the client – and the ‘A’ list celebrities who frequent this luxury and renowned spa – but for the extreme logistical requirements.

With frontage on a busy street with high footfall, a strict no parking policy and an extraordinary amount of complex scaffolding passing over a number of neighbouring properties, the project team had to use all of their skills, experience – and diplomacy – to meet the project schedules.

Trinity has a reputation for working successfully in busy public locations, but this project tested even their skills to the full – not least the need to unload vehicle under the watchful eyes of traffic wardens and to erect scaffolding and operate whilst excited tourists passed by.
The outcome is a superb new lantern roof light, further enhancing the experience at this top quality leisure facility.
