Brief:

A 13 week contract to completely strip out and refurbish an existing office suite to turn dark and claustrophobic offices into a modern user friendly environment.

Scope of Work

Full strip out and installation of new electrics, plumbing andheating.  

Partial reinstallation of air conditioning

New MF suspended ceiling

New partitions to form washrooms, showerroom and kitchen. Installation of Vanesta cubicle system

New tiling sanitary ware and kitchen units

New flooring and complete redecoration throughout.

Outcome

The project finished on time and on budget and all parties were very pleased with the outcome.
