Wetroom with graded floor

Brief:
The client received basic grant for work but wished to include additional facilities and incorporate high quality fittings and tiling at his own expense.

Key Issues:
Removal of old bath and toilet.
All existing pipework and services to be hidden, a white graded floor and shower unit to be installed with high quality, black tiling to all walls and recesses and the old radiator replaced with a new ladder towel rail.

The Result:
A superb, modern wetroom with top quality fittings, suite and tiling. The client had very high expectations and was delighted with the outcome.
