About Trinity & Independent Living
The need for specialised bath and shower rooms for the infirm and disabled is well recognised. Older generations of able-bodied home owners and occupiers have increasingly recognised the benefits of ‘level-access’ living – cleverly designed bathrooms, kitchens and living areas that use graded floors and gentle ramps rather than steps. These adaptations reduce the risks of accidents and simply make day-to-day home life easier and more comfortable.
Trinity has been involved in the building of specialised living space for many years, working closely with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Trusts and private clients. The growing demand from the private sector has resulted in the adoption of ‘Independent Living’ to describe this important sector of our business.
We employ our own teams of surveyors and multi-skilled tradesmen who will install facilities to meet the individual needs of our customers – from simple wet rooms with non-slip floors and walk-in showers to those with luxury tiling, fixtures and fittings. From simple but attractive ramps in living areas to fully fitted, low-level kitchens that will make life easier and safer for the user.
At Trinity, we try to meet our customers’ specific needs in terms of costs and time. We also have a genuine understanding of the difficulties and stress that can be caused to the elderly or disabled by unnecessary disruption.
