Brief:

Trinity were instructed to carry out the refurbishment of 16 student shower and WC rooms located on all eight floors throughout Rosebery Hall.

Key Issues:

The halls were occupied throughout the duration of the works. As a result the works were phased to avoid a complete shutdown of all floor levels.

As the accommodation was in continual use, particular care had to be taken to minimise any inconvenience to the students. Trinity’s on site team worked closely with the residents and clients site team, to ensure the works progressed smoothly.

Outcome:

The showers and toilets were designed and installed to achieve an energy efficient and modern finish.
