Brief:

Upgrading of nursery playground to create new play safe area with specialist toys for children under the age of 4, to play in a safe and colourful environment.

Key Issues:

To minimise disruption to the school, a significant amount of work was carried out at weekends. Carefully planned segregation of the working site and public areas was essential to avoid the risk of any accidents.

Outcome:

The scheme was completed within the school holiday period and provided a safe and modern play area for young children.
