The conversion of this period property into two modern apartments, retaining and integrating existing period features.
The project consisted of the complete internal strip out of the property. Care had to be taken to avoid damage to any of the original features, including cornices and decorative features.
There were a number of planning restrictions as the properties were in a conservation area. The surrounding and adjoining properties were fully occupied during the construction process.

We were instructed to work under controlled working hours to reduce the level of noise within the residential block.
Access to the site was via an internal fire escape, as the flat was located on the 4th floor.
